Class Tracker is a monthly subscription for teachers. We'll explain the price when we call you, and you'll know exactly what you'll pay before you start. You won't be charged for anything you haven't agreed to.

Yes. Add as many classes and subjects as you teach, each with its own schedule, fee and students. A student can attend several of your classes and still has one record.

No. Class Tracker runs in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to download and nothing to update.

No. Class Tracker needs an internet connection, so your records are always up to date on every device you use.

Each student gets a printed ID card with a QR code. At the start of class, open the class on your phone or laptop and scan the cards with the camera. Each scan marks that student present for today's class.

No. Your phone or laptop camera is enough. If you'd like to be faster at the door, a standard USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works too.

Switch to the list view and tick them present by hand. You can use both methods in the same class.

Give the student a new card. Their old card is cancelled immediately and can never be used again, so nobody else can use a lost card.

Class Tracker lays out ten cards per A4 sheet with your class name and logo, ready to print on any printer. You can also save them as a PDF to take to a print shop.

You set a monthly fee for each class. Every month, each student shows as paid or unpaid for each class they attend, and you record a payment with one click.

Nothing. A new fee applies from the date you choose, and every payment keeps the amount that was actually paid, so past months never change.

Yes. Give a student a free pass for any range of months, for all their classes or only some, with a discount from a few percent up to a full waiver.

Yes. The accounts page shows collected, expected and outstanding amounts for every month of the financial year (April to March), broken down by class. You can export a profit and loss statement as a PDF.

No. Class Tracker keeps your payment records; parents still pay you the way they do today. It does not take card or bank payments.

Only you and anyone you ask us to give access to. Every teacher's records are kept separate, and that separation is enforced by the database itself, not just hidden in the screens.

Yes. An assistant can have their own login, and we set what they can see and change, for example attendance only, with no access to payments. Tell us if your needs change and we'll update it.

You decide what to record and why, so you are responsible for that information. We store and process it on your behalf, only to provide Class Tracker. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

No. We never sell your data or share it for advertising, and this website has no ads and no tracking. Student and parent details are used only to run your Class Tracker account.

Not at the moment. Class Tracker is used by you and anyone helping you. Each student's record holds their parent or guardian's phone number and email, and brothers and sisters share one parent record.
